Log on to www.lasersafety.com/stimulus and download the Safety Stimulus Program form. Print and complete the form. Send your old eyewear with the completed form in the mail and the discount will automatically be deducted from the list price of your new eyewear. Laservision will accept more than one pair of eyewear, although you will only receive 25% off towards the purchase of a single pair of eyewear. Multiple discounts on one pair of eyewear will not be accepted. However, any brand or type of laser safety eyewear is acceptable.

Log on to www.lasersafety.com/stimulus and complete the Safety Stimulus Program form and print the form to include with your eyewear. Select your new eyewear from the online store and enter the promotional code given after filling out the Safety Stimulus Program form. Simply mail your old eyewear, make sure you include the printed Safety Stimulus Program form, to Laservison. You will receive your new eyewear when we receive your old eyewear.

Our sales staff will assist you in filling out the Safety Stimulus Program form and selecting your new eyewear. After completing the form and selecting your eyewear you will receive the promo code to send with your old or damaged laser safety eyewear.
